Keith has been serving as an ordained minister around South Florida for well over a decade. Prior to moving to West Palm Beach, Keith served as a pastor on Key Biscayne and then as a church planter in the financial district of Miami. Keith has master's in both counseling and divinity. He was trained as a church planter by the late Tim Keller and his team from Redeemer City to City in NYC. Keith and his wife, Amy, have five kids; Harper, Kaila, Maddie, Lily and Watson. They love living in the South End of West Palm Beach. Their family enjoys modeling, surfing, soccer and dance parties.

Amy grew up as a missionary kid/pastors kid overseas in Mexico City. Upon graduating from Covenant College, with a masters in sociology with emphasis on interpersonal counseling, she married Keith and together have been serving churches in Central and South Florida for the past 20 years. They have five kids: Harper, Kaila, Maddie, Lily and Watson. Amy has a great love and passion for working alongside children, youth, and young adults in our city. Her desire is to create safe spaces where children can experience the love of Jesus through connection and the opportunity to be known by one another. Amy has served various times as our children’s ministry director during different seasons and is currently running our program for our Sunday evening service as well as our Wednesday night children’s program. Amy is also an artist and the owner and founder of Beloved and co-owner/co-founder of Rhythms of Hope. Amy finds joy and life through quality time spent with her family, creating art and going to the beach.

Student Ministries Director
Ashley is a West Palm Beach native. She holds a bachelor’s in religion from Liberty University and serves as our student ministries director. Ashley’s been working in student ministry for over a decade, getting the opportunity to love middle and high school students. Her and her husband Jesse have three sweet children; Maeve, Maverick, and Magnolia. Their family’s desire is to love this student generation and create a space for community, curiosity, and vulnerability. They long for students to know God, each other and themselves.
Soul Care Ministry Director
Sarah Claire Colling is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC-QS) and community builder who blends therapy, soul care, and storytelling to foster healing and connection. She holds a master’s degree in counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University and serves as the Soul Care Ministry Director at Providencia WPB. She oversees our Story Groups, cultivates the Providencia Counseling Collective space, and manages the scholarship program, and helps match individuals and families in our city with counseling resources. She is actively fundraising and pursuing grants to expand access to these services across the city.
Beyond her ministry role, Sarah Claire serves as clinical director of Bungalow Counseling, a group practice she established with her husband Adam. Her heart is for cultivating spaces where people can discover belonging, experience healing, and grow into emotionally mature, spiritually alive humans.

Connections & Administration
Josh was born and raised in South Florida. He holds his master’s in biblical literature from Nyack College, and his Doctor of Ministry from Kairos University. Previously, Josh lived in Colombia for eight years serving with the Christian and Missionary Alliance. He is currently serving over connections and events. Josh also works as a spiritual director and inclusion and equity consultant. In his spare time, you can normally find Josh doing one of three things: hosting friends at his home with his family, watching Golden Girls, or working out.

Social Media Coordinator
Rachel grew up in Lake Worth and after working for various discipleship ministries in Northern California and Alabama, moved to downtown West Palm Beach in 2017. Rachel graduated with a master’s in mental health counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University, and is currently working as a trauma-informed therapist at a local non-profit. She is passionate about connecting with people and creating environments for people to feel seen and safe. Rachel started attending Providencia WPB in 2018 and is currently serving as our social media coordinator.

Kevin has been part of the Providencia family since 2021. With a heart for teaching the Bible, he leads Bible studies, preaches, and is available for Biblical, theological, or ecclesiological questions anytime. He is employed as a high school Bible teacher which integrates with his church roles nicely. He also loves his family, playing guitar, and the Denver Broncos.
Hailey has been part of the Providencia family since 2022. She has a passion for stories and the arts, and serves on Providencia’s creative team. She likes to spend most of her time with her wild kids and husband, at the beach or scheming their next adventure. Hailey works as a photographer and brings creativity and curiosity to the Elder team.
Blake has been part of the Providencia family since 2018. With a deep love for community and connection, Blake helps guide our church through a particular passion for those on the margins and often overlooked. They bring a creative and grounded spirit shaped by a love of music and time spent surfing in the ocean, having grown up in Palm Beach. Professionally, Blake serves as an attorney with the Heirs’ Property Project at the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, an initiative dedicated to protecting generational wealth and promoting housing stability in historically disinvested neighborhoods.
Brooke has been part of the Providencia family since 2018. She serves as an elder with a heart for connection, community, and supporting families. Professionally, Brooke works as a Director of Client Solutions in the tech industry and brings strengths in communication, collaboration, and systems-thinking to the elder team.
